Sales Manager

1.Responsibilities

1. •  Develop a marketing plan: Based on market trends, the needs of the customers and competitive conditions, develop and implement effective marketing strategies and goals in combination with the company's existing conditions.

2. •  Manage sales team: Responsible for recruiting, training, guiding, and supervising the marketing team to ensure that the team achieves sales target.

3. •  Marketing planning and execution: Organize and execute various marketing activities, including online and offline activities, advertising, public relations activities, etc.

4. •  Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. •  Team building and motivation: Create a positive team atmosphere,stimulate the enthusiasm and innovation ability of team members, and improve the overall performance of the team.

6. •  Complete other work related to the company.

2.Requirements

1. •  Bachelor degree or above, with golf industry background.

2. •  More than 3 years of marketing experience, with successful experience in leading and training sales teams.
   

3. •  Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English.
   

4. •  Have excellent teamwork spirit, be able to work under pressure and actively respond to challenges.

3.Priority

1. •  Have a deep understanding of the golf industry, familiar with industry trends .

2. •  Those who hold relevant marketing or management certifications will be given priority.

Caddie 

1.Responsibilities

1. •  Assist customers to tee off, guide guests to hit the ball, carry golf equipment, etc..

2. •  Provide customers with information about the course, including wind direction, slope of the greens and correct distance.

3. •  Do good work on the court, such as: repair the billiard lane, green, driving range to pick up practice balls, etc..

4. •  Go to the course for tolerances when necessary, inspect the fairways, maintain the fairways, and maintain the good order of the course.

5. •  Responsible for the administration of public health in the region

6. •  Complete other work assigned by the company.

2.Requirements

1. •  High school degree or above, more than 2 years of caddie experience.

2. •  Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.

3. •  Hard-working, able to adapt to outdoor work.

4. •  Polite to customers, have a strong sense of service.

   
   

Driver

1.Responsibilities

1. •  Responsible for picking up guests and transporting company materials.

2. •  Carry out field work, such as: handling submission documents, personnel pick-up, etc..

3. •  Assist in the work of reception staff.

4. •  Complete other work assigned by the company.

2.Requirements

1. •  Macao Identity card and driver's license.

2. •  High school degree or above, more than 3 years of driving experience.

3. •  Familiar with Macau streets and good driving record.
