Sales Department - Sales Manager

1.Responsibilities

1.1. Develop a marketing plan: Based on market trends, the needs of the customers and competitive conditions, develop and implement effective marketing strategies and goals in combination with the company's existing conditions;

1.2. Manage sales team: Responsible for recruiting, training, guiding, and supervising the marketing team to ensure that the team achieves sales target;

1.3. Marketing planning and execution: Organize and execute various marketing activities, including online and offline activities, advertising, public relations activities, etc;

1.4. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;

1.5. Team building and motivation: Create a positive team atmosphere,stimulate the enthusiasm and innovation ability of team members, and improve the overall performance of the team.

1.6. Complete other work related to the company


2.Requirements

       2.1. Bachelor degree or above, with golf industry background.

       2.2. More than 3 years of marketing experience, with successful experience in leading and training sales teams;

       2.3. Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English;

       2.4. Have excellent teamwork spirit, be able to work under pressure and actively respond to challenges.


3.Priority

      3.1. Have a deep understanding of the golf industry, familiar with industry trends .

      3.2. Those who hold relevant marketing or management certifications will be given priority.
